After retiring from a well-respected national insurance company after 25 years of distinguished leadership, Donald recognized the continued and growing need for healthcare advocacy and access within underserved and rural communities.

Determined to continue his life's work, he launched Community Transformers LLC, a licensed health insurance agency specializing in Medicare, retirement solutions, and AC Marketplace coverage, and Community Transformers Equity and Impact Innovators, a nonprofit organization.

Through these organizations, Donald expands Medicare education and healthcare access while giving back through outreach initiatives, food delivery services for seniors, and community wellness programs that promote dignity, independence, and better health.
